"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hyphen Business Hotel. The behaviour of the staff was completely unacceptable, and the overall arrangement and maintenance of the place were far below basic standards. We had chosen this hotel for an important event, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. They initially offered a “plate per person” service for guests, but later they started counting heads instead, which is totally unprofessional and misleading. This kind of unfair billing practice shows a serious lack of transparency. For anyone planning a wedding, engagement, or any special event, I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel. Their attitude, poor service quality, and bad management can completely ruin your occasion. Very disappointed with their service and behaviour. Not worth the money at all."
